Comprising a total area of 2,043m2 (22,000 sqft), this is our biggest space that is sprawled over either half a floor or a full floor which are suited for a large company that had a number of departments across various sectors. If a company requires more than one floor, we can accommodate this with ease. With room for up to 210 employees, in addition to meeting rooms, workstations and individual offices in abundance, there is plenty of room for conducting effective business throughout. The floor comes standard as a shell and core, allowing for a highly customizable space that can be suited to the specific needs of the business. Furthermore, an individual entrance for the lifts directly serves this floor plan, providing ease of movement at all times of the day.
