Launched on November 28, 2010, Emirates REIT is the UAE’s first REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) listed on Nasdaq Dubai.

With offices based in DIFC, Emirates REIT is an ever-expanding entity with a portfolio value of AED 2.54 billion spanning over 8 properties located in prestigious areas such as Dubai Marina, DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road and Media City.

We have the intention of making Index Tower one of Dubai’s premier business and lifestyle destinations. Our commitment to this is our ownership of the full retail space as well as two thirds of the office floors and over 1,400 car park spaces; bringing the Net Leasable Area to 43,590 m2 (469,199 sqft).
